A studio composed of a separate kitchen and a bedroom where since the bed we see pass the boats off the coast:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 fully equipped kitchen: fridge, plate 2 lights...
• 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet
• 1 terrace with sunblind and garden furniture

Reductions beyond 3 consecutive weeks outside the period from 1 July to 31 August.

In addition to this rate, a tourist tax will be charged for the benefit of the TPM metropolis.
