- 1 room with a large bed, a kitchenette
- 1 small room with a bed for one person
- 1 dressing room
- 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC
- 1 terrace with sunblind and garden furniture

Price per night. Any stay of less than 3 nights in low and mid season will incur an extra charge. Any stay of less than 7 nights in high season will result in an extra charge. |

From June, 1 to July, 7 & from September, 1 to 30 |
From July, 8 to August, 31 |

Reductions beyond 3 consecutive weeks outside the period from 1 July to 31 August.
In addition to this rate, a tourist tax will be charged for the benefit of the TPM metropolis.
