Reductions beyond 3 consecutive weeks outside the period from 1 July to 31 August.
In addition to this rate, a tourist tax will be charged for the benefit of the TPM metropolis.
Minimum stay:
2 days in low season with a supplement of 50 euros if the stay is less than 3 days.
3 days in mid and high season.
3 days in high season with a supplement of 50 euros if the stay is less than 7 days.
Deposit:
Reservations will be effective only upon receipt of a first settlement representing 30% of the amount of the stay. The balance will be paid on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over.
Delayed arrival:
In the absence of message, the accommodation will be considered available at 6:30 pm (or last boat) two days after the scheduled arrival date. The amounts missing nights remain due. The delay
will not result in price reduction.
Location:
Rentals will be available at 3 pm at the earliest and must be vacated by 11am at the latest. We provide a communal shower and toilet for both arriving and departing guests.
Cleaning:
The studios must be cleaned before departure, otherwise the cleaning will be charged at 40 Euros per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Cancellation of the stay, discontinuance:
The deposit remain earned .
Early departure:
The total of amounts paid shall be forfeited.
